Hello!

Will you be able to share the verbose logs? Verbose means that you add
-V option on the command line.
In the logs, there will be an ID which your chip responds, so it is
possible to check whether this ID corresponds to the chip model that
you have.

You can even look by yourself, try to find ID here
https://github.com/flashrom/flashrom/blob/main/include/flashchips.h
In this header are all the IDs flashrom knows about.
