Hello Anastasia, The flash chip are made by ZETTA, at least they start with ZD logo, the model printed says 25V040AT1G. On the 2 other boards (LCD drivers) which I’ve connected the CH341A grabber, the brand is different PUY with model P25D040SH. All thes elCD driver boards with RTD2660 panel processor engine do use SPI NOR 25 familyunder 3.3V
