fldigi help is being revised
flrig file not yet available.
flrig may be used stand alone or as an adjunct to fldigi. When used
with fldigi as the rig controller you should set fldigi's rig control
configuration tabs to use "xmlrpc".
All four programs are being maintained on berlios developer site as
branches within the fldigi repository.
