Is there a significant change in Rigcat between fldigi 3.12.4 and
3.13AE? I'm seeing some differences in behavior when trying to control my
IC-7000.
All works pretty well with 3.12.4 under Ubuntu 9.04 using a Rigblaster
plug&play for an interface connected to a USB port. Under 3.13AE, I am
unable to unkey the transmitter on HF once I've started transmitting. To
quit transmitting, I must manually hit the on/off switch on the IC-7000
for a second, and the transmitter will unlock.
This is repeatable. I switch between 3.12.4 and 3.13AE and this always
happens. I've also tried changing the various settings like the write
delay and switching between CAT control and toggling RTS for PTT. Both
lock up the transmitter under 3.13AE, but both work fine under 3.12.4.
My first thought was rf in my shack. But then why would 3.12.4 work
and 3.13AE lock up?
