Fldigi walks the list of RSID notifications and triggers those that
are enabled every time it receives RSID.

This is redundant if you have set fldigi to apply RSID immediately, and
if your notifications only display an alert window. However, the RSID
notifications may have actions associated with them that do arbitrary
things beyond changing modem and frequency -- it's all up to the user.

The solution right now would be to disable the RSID notifications
without deleting them: right click on the event in the browser and
select Toggle, or select the event, click the Enabled button and Update.
