* Changed HELL80 tone spacing to 300 Hz
* Added configurable lp bandwidths for each FH sub mode.
Saved between sessions to fldigi_def.xml configuration file.
Text file out
* Changed text file output to an appended file ... used by
external text to speech processing program
Note that commencing with this alpha release the OS X disk image file
will be posted for the OS X testers.
