Hi Dave.....have d/l and tried to compile Fldigi-3.13BG on my Ubuntu 
9.10 system.....
have had some problems getting it to "make"
when the fldigi section tries to compile it comes up with the following 
error

fldigi-confdialog.o : file not recognised: File truncated

went back and re compiled BF to see if it was a system glich but it 
compiled ok

just rushing out the door to work so will be away all day
