XMLRPC set_freq bug fix
main.set_frequency calls to main gui events did not use
REQ_LOCK.
If you are a Puppy tester you will notice that I have separated the 15
Mg fldigi_xxx.pet into 3 separate files. If you have previously
installed one of the fldigi___.pet's you will only need to install the
update from this file

If this is the first time you are testing a Puppy pet then you should
install the following in sequence.

http://www.w1hkj.com/alpha/fldigi-flarq/fldigi_help.pet
if you want the Help to be resident on the Puppy installation disk.
