Modem Initialization
Removed duplicate invocations of init() for several
modem types.
Carrier callback
Corrected frequency limits computation in waterfall::opmode()
method.
CSV Export
Error corrected in export MYXCHG field.
The modem initialization and carrier callback bug's were noticed by
Fred, DL6XAZ,** and confirmed by others. It was most noticeable when
using the scroll wheel to flip through the modem types. It effected
modem initialization every time a new modem type was selected, but was
just not so easily discerned. This was a grand slam report from the
testers as the offending code has been with us for quite some time.
