So far I've just done a quick check of the Windows version, and no
surprises.

One complaint - and this is probably not peculiar to the 3.13BP version -
I wonder if the squelch action of Feld Hell could be improved. The
green bar on the right end doesn't change much between receiving noise
and receiving signal centered in the waterfall cursor, so it is
touchy to make the squelch work at all. I guess that's no big deal
since I'm not paying for the virtual paper tape that scrolls across
the screen.

I am having some trouble with KachinaCAT. I pick a filter bandwidth
and an IF shift and after I transmit they are reset. Using the
KachinaCAT window alone, they don't reset when I toggle the PTT button,
but they do when I go from transmit to receive using the CARR button.
And also when I go from receive to transmit using fldigi. The IF shift
button remains pressed on KachinaCAT, but the offset is reset to zero.
