* Restored status line display of shift. Line now reads:
* [RTTY][45.45 / 170][s/n: -v.v][bandwidth adjustment]
^ ^- changes with signal
|- baud / shift
* Changed s/n & metric filter constants to reduce delay
in first character detection/display.
* Changed initial filter width to 1.3 x baud rate
* Added hard limiter to discriminator.
