I haven't used the released version for a while, but that's how the alpha works now. If rig control is deactivated, you can set the frequency readout to whatever you want it set at, either by clicking or mouse wheel rolling the numbers on the frequency display or from the frequency list that you can pop open. You can alter what's in that frequency list to your liking. And the mode is remembered across restarts too. So if I set some frequency into the readout and pick a mode to sue, then close Fldigi, it opens up again to that same frequency and mode. Is that what you were wanting it to do Pavel, or am I not getting the idea?
