I haven't been doing much in the way of testing lately, but did try out 3.13CA tonight at W5YM where the OSes are Windows XP and Ubuntu 9.10 Linux and the radio is a TS-940. Things seem to work OK under Linux with rigcat using the TS-440 xml file. It doesn't all work, but is no worse than it was before. However under Windows the rig control doesn't work very well. fldigi doesn't pick up the frequency from the radio, and switching among LSB and USB doesn't work very well either.
