Dave,
I spent a little time this evening with 3.21.0AB, and all seems good
and stable. Running WinXP SP3 here.
I also saw the Flrig 1.0.0bE, and it works great! No more rig changes
on entry/exit from the program. Thanks much.

3.13BY. Merge accomplished by reducing mulitple commits
to a single and then cherry-picking that commit to the
master branch. No merge conflicts were experienced. Modified
fl_digi.cxx / wefax items to comply with post
3.13BY changes.
