Dave, 

I just downloaded the latest fldigi-3.21.0AD and the note you posted
indicated:

        RSID code base
              Reverted to 3.20.nn code.
              removed wefax RSID identifiers
              restored conditional rx/tx RSID functions

I must not understand how the TxID works or there may still be a glitch
in fldigi-3.21.0AD because the only way I can disable TxID in RTTY mode
is to globally disable TxID by unchecking the Config/ID/Video Preamble ID
Transmit mode ID.

I was under the impression the purpose of the Video ID modes selector (on
the right side of the panel) was so the user could disable the Preamble ID
for certain modes.  In my settings I have CW, BPSK-31 and RTTY unchecked.

Please clarify
