Flmsg is a follow on project to flics. Future work on this project
includes:
* Continued enhancement of ICS-213 and ARRL Radiogram forms
* Addition of ICS-205, ICS-206 and ICS-216 forms
* Addition of IARU Radiogram
Are you conversant with any of these? Your help is needed in testing
and providing user input into the form management and the various output
formats.

MSDOS file format
Modified to allow saving f2s files in MSDOS format on Windows
computers. Original f2s text files could not be transferred
using Packet or other MSDOS centric programs.
Unix/Linux executables can correctly open and interpret the
MSDOS text files (CR-LF for end-of-line).
