Mitch,

I'm using version AE, and saving the WEFAX modes works fine for me. 

However, if you open a non-WEFAX version of Fldigi while using the same preferences, etc., it will revert the WEFAX mode in the list to PSK31 since it does not understand WEFAX as a valid mode.
