Almost Joe.
Mitch, AF2M, reported that the AFC for the PSK decoder was not working.
He is correct. I have restored the AFC to both the normal and browser
PSK decoders with obvious improvement. That will be in AV but it
probably will wait until tomorrow when my mind is working more clearly.
I feel like I am on an asymptotic line.
