Corrected logic to suppress adjacent channel tracking on RTTY browser
PSK AFC
Restored AFC to both PSK and PSK browser channels.
The restored AFC should provide better tracking on all of the psk
signals and improve the correlation between the browser and a selected
signal on the waterfall. The presence of duplicate tracking on both the
PSK and the RTTY browser is a function of noise, signal level, and the
squelch setting. If you put the squelch too low for the present band
conditions you will cause both duplicates and excess channel noise
detection.
