Quite handy actually... Using a "regular expression" you can craft any number of scenarios of received text that will cause the browser to highlight the line of text containing the expression. In the case of the default CQ expression, it highlights any browser channel receiving a CQ. You could have it look for your callsign, some exchange of set of letters that would indicate something of value, a net maybe, some sort of exchange like for a special event, the possibilities are endless. I didn't realize that a lot of folks did not understand what "regular expression" meant. Here are a few decent links describing just what it means and what some of the command syntax is for an expression: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regular_expression http://www.regular-expressions.info/ http://www.regexlib.com/ http://www.zytrax.com/tech/web/regex.htm There is a lot more out there for the searching... It's a really handy part of the browser if you understand what you can do with it.
