I found the solution : I had copied the cty.dat file in C:\Program
Files\Fldigi-3.22.OAO directory, which is a mistake. I then copied this
cty.dat file in the \Documents and Settings\My Name\fldigi.files
directory and it works, I have recovered this "countries" button.
