Hi,
Some of us were not very happy that for receving and sending faxes,
extra windows must be opened.
I tried to work out things so that the normal rx/tx windows are reused
for faxes, a bit like FeldHell.
At the moment:
* It is much more convenient.
* On the other hand the windows are smaller because they are in the
middle of the main fldigi page.
Is there an interest for this ?

That seems like a good alternative. It would be nice, if it is
reasonable without bloating the Fldigi code, to have a check box to
choose either the main Fldigi window as you propose, or a separate
window as it is now.

I would be interested in this, even if were just a more obvious menu
option, that called the wefax window to the forefront, at present after you
choose the mode, its not apparent that another option must be chosen to
'see' the wefax copy.
