You can put an announcement on the front page but I think it's better to have a specific URL for the contest page, suggest http://incubator.apache.org/flex/logo-contest.html The left navigation is defined in http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/flex/site/trunk/templates/leftnav.mdtext if you want to add a link there. -Bertrand
