There is a separate team in Adobe tasked with supporting Adobe Flex 4.6.
They are not committers so they cannot work directly in Apache Flex.  Any
changes they make will be reviewed and submitted by an Adobe committer to
the Apache Flex project or simply submitted as a patch.

Meanwhile, the Adobe committers will be working directly in the Apache Flex
source.
