Simple: Votes where all 5 points are allocated to one logo shall be ignored since they violate the rules. Obviously if the person corrects his mistake during the voting period, then his corrected vote can count.
In the case of a PPMC member making this mistake, oweing to his importance I would try and follow up with him to correct his vote. As for the rest, just ignore them. John
