Sounds a bit unfair towards #49 to me to be honest ;-) If something is wrong with the logo, then just tell why is that... or don't say anything at all. This will influence people with their vote in my opinion.
Of course, my own opinion is probably unbiased because I'm working with the logo's designer. We've published some days ago a picture on our blog to show how came the idea for the logo.
