Some random thoughts :
- Logo are indeed strategic for top 500 companies. However, are you aware of their cost? It can be up to 500K€/$ and probably more. This is Apache Flex, there is no money involved, no money reward and it had to be made in a short time-frame. Community people did it for free and passion. - Have you already seen Apache Tomcat or PHP logo? Not better that the one that will be chosen for Flex IMO. But these products/languages are widely used by the software industry. Why? Not because of their logo but because there are great working open source software. And that will be the same story for Apache Flex. 2012/1/24 kitashima tomo <kitashima.t...@gmail.com> > Dear All, > > It nice to see the 3 Apache Flex logo are shorlisted for the final round. > Seems like some of my good friends do not find it acceptable (my friends > are the marketer > working in the top 500 companies).
