+1 #49 (no sinking ship for me - a good, clean design around typography) IMO, #40 is a little too impersonal, and also somewhat similar to the JBoss ModeShape project (http://www.jboss.org/modeshape)
#42 make me remember of some old Microsoft product, but I can't remember exactly which (I could be wrong here, it's just an impression).
