And just an additional note on this...

Adobe had stated that FalconJS is an experiment, and the expectation is
that it will be able to compile only the most basic Flex apps into JS.  It
is up to the community to make it any more functional beyond that.
I wouldn't put it on your list of viable projects until you actual see it
work for your situation.
