It was discussed on infrastructure@ recently, infra had to disable it due to load problems on the host where it's running. AFAIK it's waiting for volunteers to fix it, no idea when that might happen. In the meantime, http://flex.markmail.org/ provides traffic statistics, but not the number of subscribers. -Bertrand
