Just a suggestion: - Remove the paths eg ADOBE_AIR_SDK_WIN_FILE and read the values from an XML file - Either have 2 XML files one for OS, one for windows or a single XML file with 2 sections in it one for each OS I can help out on the OSX front. Thanks, Justin
