I wasn't talking about changing the SDK structure in the installable SDK 
version which Flash Builder would use. I was more talking about deploying a 
mavenized version in Maven Central. This should not have any effect on Flash 
Builder. But as I understood there allready are incompatabilities, as the 
playerglobals can no longer be shipped with the SDK.

Just be aware that if you are talking about moving directories around will 
quite likely break Apache Flex working with Flash Builder and/or IntelliJ.
