Merged Spiros's changes to select locale during runtime
Merged Roland's updates to nl_NL locale
Added (disabled for now) installation step of copying flashbuilder-config.xml
to FLEX_HOME root directory
Added various bug fixes suggested by Justin
(http://markmail.org/thread/4tjyjowvd7gmidoz)
Fixed build script to retain .AIR file. This will be used by the badge
installer
Removed locale folders. Locales are maintained in RuntimeLocale.as from now on
