Currently the rendererDescriptionMap is private in AdvancedDataGrid and is
assigned in setupRenderer(), getWidthOfItem() and getRenderer() methods.

public function AdvancedDataGrid() {
rendererDescriptionMap = new Dictionary();
......
}
If this property is protected, it becomes easy to extend the AdvancedDataGrid
and allow renderers to merge columns and rows conditionally for specific
columns and rows using renderer providers.
