I believe the first step would be to post the code on a public location
like github or such. Then, create a JIRA ticket and post the details of
the code repository there. Then, others on this list can download and run
the code locally to provide you feedback. This way, you can find more
people who can help you out with this project. Given that there is
tremendous amount of interest in Mavenizing the Flex SDK, I think you will
be getting quite a few people to check it out.
After sufficient vetting by this group, you can pair up with a committer to
get it checked-in into the SVN repo (I am not sure how this will work - we
might need a vote for this, ) I believe this can go into the
/flex/utilities/{mavenizeflexsdk} folder.
