This is mostly a runtime issue. The runtime does not provide a way to clip
StageText so there is no way to scroll StageText within a container that is not
full screen or is occluded by other display objects. We could provide the
capability of relocating the StageText for scenarios where the container is
full screen and not occluded. It would just look wrong in those other
scenarios.
