Less >talk, more action. I couldn't agree more with Bertrand. I don't know how many times I've typed this - Less talk, more action - into an email and then not sent the email. Given the current very low level of activity in the repository any source control system would work. Let's get to the point where we have merge conflicts and Apache has full support for Git and we can reevaluate. I will point out once again that no one who voted for #9 has volunteered to work with infra on Git admin and our 3 mentors who have voted #4 so we have neither volunteers nor mentor support to make #9 happen.
