If you don't change any code in a library, the preferred method is to use the
library directly rather than import the code into your project.
Are you saying you don't have ant setup? If you do, then "ant
get-as3commons.swc" from the installer directory will download the swc into the
libs directory. If you don't want to use ant you can just make the libs
directory and download the swc into it by hand.
