Carol, You seem to be missing either the 'common' project (from SVN), and/or you may need to update "COMMON_SOURCE_DIR' in build.properties to point to that project...
We know, we know... we're updating the documentation as we go, but Om and I are in opposing time zones, which makes coordination a challenge.
