I was looking for something like that, and even then I didn't see it... My point is that you can build the SDK using the instructions provided by Apache Flex and never see, let alone agree to a license for the "third party" dependencies. But somehow for the Installer, which only goal is to automate the README instructions, needs to provide those licenses? I agree that we need to add those license agreement notices to the Installer, but I'd also think that the SDK README needs to be amended and point to URLs where the user accepts licenses before downloading the various artifacts.
