Ok, just to be clear: you see how the templates fit together? Beside the main
tempate, there are a header and footer, which contains the top navigation and
bottom license information, respectively. Then there are three templates (I
think, working from memory) for each of the subnavigations and static page
items. The content pages are the ones shown when you click on the subnavigation
buttons. They represent the 'dynamic' content that I expect we'll need to
update regularly.
