First, we had named the file "READme" in the release, which caused all the mirrors to treat it as a READme.htm. I fixed that issue by renaming it to README. Its been a while now for this change to propagate. Now, some mirrors are treating this file correctly, for example: http://www.trieuvan.com/apache/incubator/flex/installer/1.0/README http://mirror.metrocast.net/apache/incubator/flex/installer/1.0/README http://apache.mirrors.lucidnetworks.net/incubator/flex/installer/1.0/README Whereas, some mirrors dont, for example: http://mirror.cogentco.com/pub/apache/incubator/flex/installer/1.0/README http://www.motorlogy.com/apache/incubator/flex/installer/1.0/README http://apache.osuosl.org/incubator/flex/installer/1.0/README Not sure what we could do at this point.
