Following with this, I've checked and in CompcTask, an include-config (ifSpec) is added with createElem instead of with createElemAllowAppend. Is there a reason for this? I've checked and changing it and adding 'append="true"' in the ant task to the include-file tag does fix this I don't know if there's something else to take into account though.
