Super-poms are under a different licensing, MIT:
http://svn.sonatype.org/flexmojos/trunk/rvin-mojo/super-poms/licenses.txt

I add a comment on all super-poms:
http://svn.sonatype.org/flexmojos/trunk/rvin-mojo/super-poms/src/main/resources/air.pom
http://svn.sonatype.org/flexmojos/trunk/rvin-mojo/super-poms/src/main/resources/common.pom
http://svn.sonatype.org/flexmojos/trunk/rvin-mojo/super-poms/src/main/resources/flex.pom

That is valid to old versions super-poms and to super-poms only.

Do you think this license should be declared anywhere else or Is that
enough?
