Well, i agree with the original poster (whatever his name is :), it's
very difficult to figure out how flex mojos work and how to do
specific tasks.

It would be nice if user could contribute to the wiki, but i don't
know how google code handles that.

There's nothing like structured documentation (even home !).
It's so annoying to have to read 20 different posts in at least 3
threads to understand a piece of functionnality.
And i'm saying so because i really feel that flex-mojos is a good and
very usefull project.
Documentation can make a difference between a good project and a
really great one. Make it easy for newcomers and people will flock
in !

As for what you were saying, announcing features on the blog is
obviously right but real doc should be on the wiki.

About maven docs, i for one find it unclear and not really easy to
navigate.
This is something that is common to all maven plugins so it's not
specific to flex-mojos.
One specific complaint i would have though is that on the maven doc,
some mojo links (like html-wrapper-mojo) send to pages with no
information whatsoever, even though a useful page does exist, at some
point i did find a link in a forum post.

A little summary (because i like summaries ;) :
  - project is not newby friendly because information is squattered
between forum threads, blog posts & comments, wiki and maven doc.
suggested solution would be :
  - to make maven doc more thorough
  - digest forum & blog information into the wiki
  - maybe allow users to contribute to wiki (so as to lighten burden)

Hope that will help.

N.
