Hi, I'm using version 2.0.3 and the flexunit support works fine (although the pom layout has probably changed since 1.0).
Why don't you get the latest 2.0.3 example working first and then compare it with your own pom.xml? It's here http://svn.sonatype.org/flexmojos/tags/flex-mojos-2.0.3/test-harness/projects/concept/flexunit-example You should just be able to run this project first, to satisfy yourself the support is there.
