Setting the system path is not enough on Linux Box. I guess that the
binary file name is not the same.
To solved this problem I have added the flashPayerCommand tag in the
pom.xml

<groupId>org.sonatype.flexmojos</groupId>
<artifactId>flexmojos-maven-plugin</artifactId>
<version>3.1.0</version>
<extensions>true</extensions>
<configuration>
<flashPlayerCommand>flashplayer</
flashPlayerCommand>
