Right, this is the path I have on disk:
${basedir}/src/main/locales/en_US
It has 2 files now:
fpLocale.properties
tpLocale.properties
I did try copying them to: ${basedir}/src/main/locales/ but I still
get the same error:
[ERROR] Unable to resolve resource bundle "fpLocale" for locale
"en_US".
