Well, maybe instead of trying to have a GraniteDS + Gas3 + Flex Mojos + EJB3, you should first have Flexmojos + GAS3 working.... then you introduce the EJB 3. That is what is the reference APP for. It does introduce flexmojos features, w/o taking care of java side.
