I suggested an improvement on JIRA that is related to this issue. Basically it is to have flexmojos:flexbuilder add the -services compiler option in the Eclipse project configuration files.
I think that Flexmojos picks the services-config.xml up automatically, at least for how i have my project setup, but this only works for Maven managed builds; it is a slight hinderance/annoyance to the developers/team I am pitching Flexmojos to. Would be great if this and all the above a can be supported soon.
